Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your tea to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping times, costs, and delivery process.

Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 working days of being placed.
We blend and pack in small batches, so during busy periods there may be slight delays — but we’ll always keep you informed.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class or equivalent): £3.99 – arrives in 2–4 working days

• Tracked Delivery: £4.99 – with full tracking and delivery updates

• Free UK delivery on orders over £25.

International Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only.

Delivery Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking (if selected). If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we’ll look into it right away.

Packaging

Our teas are packed in food-safe, resealable pouches and shipped in recyclable packaging to keep them safe in transit and fresh on arrival.
