Returns Policy

We hope you love your tea as much as we loved blending it.

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. All of our teas are packaged fresh in food-safe, sealed pouches — for this reason, we can’t restock or resell any opened or unopened items once they’ve left our care.

Damaged or incorrect order?

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll put things right as quickly as possible.
